We hope that you LOVE everything that you purchase. Unfortunately at this time we do not offer any exchanges or refunds. Cosmetics & Skincare items cannot be returned nor resold once in a customers possession.

 If there is an issue with your order, or something arrives broken, please Contact Us at jazminkamilah@gmail.com and we will replace the items for you free of charge.

You may cancel your order with no penalty. You must cancel your order within 24 hours.

If you have miss spelled or auto filled an incorrect address, please Contact Us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue. No refunds will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
